How I Work
I shoot stills and film on the same job. One person, one brief, one delivery.
That sounds like a small thing and it isn't. Most events get covered by a photographer and a videographer who met that morning, which means two briefings, two sets of logistics, two delivery dates and two different reads on what the night actually was. Booking one person removes all of that. The film and the photographs end up looking like they came from the same evening, because they did.
Turnaround
Event imagery has a shelf life, so I work to short ones.
The full edited selection comes back within five working days. If something needs to go out while the event still matters, there's a priority selection of 25 to 30 images inside 24 hours at no extra cost.
At the Produced Water Society's two-day conference in Aberdeen, everything was delivered to delegates within 24 hours.
For conferences and awards nights I can also set up a live gallery. Images move from camera to an on-site editing station during the event and reach a branded gallery guests scan into, usually within half an hour of being taken. It needs a dedicated editor on site, so it's worth costing in properly rather than assuming it comes free.
What You Get
A curated, fully edited selection rather than everything I shot. A tight set you can actually use beats a folder of near-duplicates nobody opens.
Delivered through a private online gallery with direct download. RAW files are kept and archived for twelve months.
Licensing is simple. Unlimited use for your own marketing, for a full 2 year cycle: web, social, press, print and internal communications. And reasonable rates on expansion outside of this should you need them.
